At Hollowcrest, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, securely, and with zero hassle. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
 

🚚 Where We Ship
 

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All orders are fulfilled from our UK-based fulfillment center.

⏱ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
     

📮 Shipping Options & Costs
 

  • We offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 - £4.99.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over £100.
     

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and handed off to our courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
 

📬 Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hollowcrestbusiness@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.
 

🔁 Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or reshipment—your choice.

  • We accept returns for items that are delayed or lost in transit. Just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the process.

🔁 Hollowcrest Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every piece you cop from Hollowcrest. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

📅 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

🧼 Item Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items

  • Socks, underwear, or headwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at hollowcrestbusiness@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll get back to you with next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service — we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem.

  • Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund and you can place a new order for the item you want.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at hollowcrestbusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — fast.
